Our customers range from beginners exploring 1/32 slot cars to advanced hobbyists upgrading 1/10 Summit vehicles or building custom 4-Tec chassis. We cater to those who share our passion for building, racing, and perfecting their RC models.

• Vehicle Kits & RTRs: 1/10 Rally, 1/10 Summit, 1/16 E-Revo, 1/16 Slash, TRX4M, TRX4MT, 4-Tec platforms.
• Components & Upgrades: Performance parts, electronics, gearboxes, and mechanical components.
• Supporting Supplies: LiPo batteries, chargers, bodies, paints, adhesives, and building/bench supplies.
• Additional Categories: Airplanes, boats, slot cars, and associated parts.

3.2 Product Information & Compatibility

We strive for accurate product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility notes. However, it is your responsibility to verify that a part fits your specific model (e.g., checking if an upgrade is compatible with your 1/10 Summit). Our support team is available for compatibility questions.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept orders when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier costs or currency fluctuations. You pay the price listed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card will be charged when the order ships.

4.4 Sales & Service Region

We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to select remote areas in Asia and other regions as determined by our carriers. By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is within our serviceable region.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details upon shipment.

5.2 Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Cost: $12.95. Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping. Recommended for kits, parts, and time-sensitive builds.
• Free Economy Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50. Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping. Suitable for non-urgent items like bodies and paints.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

5.3 Shipping Risk & Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We retain title to the goods until full payment is received.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Return Window & Eligibility

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and tags.
• Process: You must contact us for an RMA number before returning any item.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For health, safety, and technical reasons, the following are FINAL SALE:

• Opened or used chemicals (paints, adhesives, lubricants).
• Custom-cut, soldered, modified, or fitted parts.
• Software or digital products.
• Certain sealed mechanical assemblies (as determined by our technical team).

6.3 Refund Process

• Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
• Bank Processing: Allow an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to appear.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds for our errors include shipping costs.

6.4 Exchanges

Contact us first to confirm stock availability. If approved, you will receive an RMA. You are responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, images, software) is the property of RC SuperStore or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Product names and model designations (e.g., TRX4M, E-Revo, 4-Tec) are trademarks of their respective manufacturers.

8. Limitation of Liability

RC SuperStore’s liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use our site.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price of that product or order.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
