- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and tags.
- Process Time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To protect all hobbyists, certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or technical reasons. Based on our product range, the following are FINAL SALE:
- Opened or Used Chemicals: All opened bottles of paint, adhesives, lubricants, or other chemicals from the Bodies & Paint or Building/Bench Supplies categories.
- Custom-Cut or Modified Items: Any part that has been cut, soldered, modified, or custom-fitted.
- Software or Digital Products: Any downloadable content or unlocked software codes.
- Intimate Mechanical Components: Certain sealed gearbox assemblies or internal engines where tampering cannot be verified, as determined by our technical team.

The Returns & Exchanges Process: Step-by-Step
Follow these steps for a smooth and speedy resolution.
Step 1: Review Eligibility & Prepare Your Item
Ensure your item meets the criteria above. Have your original order number (e.g., RCSS12345) and proof of purchase ready.
Step 2: Contact Our Support Team for an RMA
Do not ship items back without authorization. Within the 15-day window, email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, then in a sturdy shipping box.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number inside.
- Ship to our returns address (provided with your RMA). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL or FedEx).
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Refunds: Timing & Methods
Your refund is processed with the same precision as your RC builds.
- Inspection & Initiation: Refunds begin within 5-7 business days after we receive the return at our warehouse and verify its condition.
- Method: Funds are returned to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing Timeline: Once we process it, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or PayPal to post the credit to your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost.

Need a different gear ratio or a different body for your 4-Tec Drift?
- Contact us first to confirm the desired exchange item is in stock.
- If approved, you’ll receive an RMA to return the original item.
- After we receive and inspect the return, we will ship the replacement.
- You are responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.
